Hosting
The service is operated by the publisher, on dedicated servers located in France and rented from the following infrastructure providers:
- OVH (OVHcloud), SAS, 2 rue Kellermann - 59100 Roubaix - FRANCE, SIREN 424 761 419, telephone 1007
- SCALEWAY, SAS, 8 rue de la Ville l'Évêque - 75008 Paris - FRANCE, SIREN 433 115 904, telephone 01 84 13 00 00
The administration of these servers and the storage of the data are the responsibility of the publisher, whose contact details are given above: it is to the publisher that any request relating to the content of the service must be addressed. No data is stored outside France.
The content of the stickers is written by their owners
A qzaco page is written by the owner of the sticker: the title, the texts of the three levels and the photographs are the owner's own. The publisher does not check them before they are put online; it hosts them. Only the public level of a page is readable by anyone who scans the QR code; the two protected levels open only to whoever holds the password given by the owner.
Each page bears a "Report this content" link, at the bottom of the page: this is the shortest route, and the form there automatically includes the exact address of the page concerned. Otherwise, you may write to the publisher through the contact form above. For the report to be processed, it must include the date, the identity of its author, the exact address of the page concerned, the description of the facts and the reason why the content should be removed.
A report is not anonymous: the name, email address and IP address of its author are kept, because the law requires a notification to bear the identity of the person making it, and because an abusive report engages the liability of its author. Each report is examined by a person, and the decision, removal or retention, is reasoned and kept on record. The publisher may remove manifestly unlawful content reported to it in this way and close the account that published it. Removed content is not destroyed: the page displays that it is unavailable, and the decision may be reviewed at the request of the owner of the sticker.
Sticker pages are not indexed
Sticker pages carry a no-indexing instruction
(noindex, nofollow) and search engines respect it: a sticker
is made to be scanned on the spot, not to be found by searching for an
address. Only the home page and these legal pages ask to be indexed. This
instruction is not a security measure: it prevents listing in search
engines, it does not replace the level passwords, which are what protects
content.
Copyright and license
The software that runs this service is free software, published by CAP-REL under the GNU Affero General Public License (AGPL), version 3 or any later version published by the Free Software Foundation: you have permission to use, study, modify and redistribute it under the terms of this license. The source code of the online version is published at https://inligit.fr/cap-rel/qzaco and the official text of the license at gnu.org.
The name qzaco, the CAP-REL trademark and the visual identity of the service are not covered by any free license and remain reserved: an instance derived from the code must be operated under another name. The details of these two regimes are set out in article 12 of the terms and conditions of sale.
The content placed by sticker owners belongs to them: the publisher acquires no right in it and does not exploit it.
Limitation of liability
The publisher endeavours to provide accurate and up-to-date information on the pages it publishes itself. It cannot guarantee their accuracy, completeness or currency, and accepts no liability for any errors or omissions. The content of sticker pages is the responsibility of their owners, as stated above.
